7. Remove any hair in ears with trimmer, ask to clean up eyebrows if needed with trimmer
8. Ask client if length is acceptable
9. Sweep up hair before instructor final
10. Offer other service as time allows

Mix grams of color according to the need and desired formula keeping the ratio 1 – 1 1/2
